Procès Verbal de la réunion du Comité Scientifique du Centre d’Excellence Africain pour la Santé de la Mère et de l’Enfant

 

A l’issue des présentations de chaque soumissionnaire de projet le Mardi 18 Avril 2017, il a été retenu que les membres  du Comité Scientifique du CEA-SAMEF se réunissent à nouveau le Mercredi 19 Avril 2017 sous la présidence de Professeur Omar Gaye, pour la délibération finale des projets  de recherche soumis en 2017.

Délibération pour le financement des projets de recherche proposés.

Le Professeur Omar Gaye, Président du Comité Scientifique, a magnifié la méthodologie et le bon déroulement du travail qui s’est tenu le Mardi 18 Avril 2017 au nouveau bâtiment de la FMPO à la salle Mezzanine pour l’étude des projets soumis en 2017. Il a tenu à signaler que la plupart des projets répondent aux besoins de la santé publique.

Le Comptable Mr Amadou Mansour Djité a partagé l’enveloppe financière disponible dont (15 605 100 FCFA) pour le CEA-SAMEF et (118 738 838 FCFA) pour les Partenaires. Ainsi, c’est sur cette base que le Comité Scientifique a travaillé pour l’octroi des financements.

Seulement, la totalité des budgets ne pourront être financés pour certains et devront être revus à la baisse. Les équipements et les ressources humaines pourront être élagués ou bien redirigés vers les autres partenaires tels que l’ACEGID, UFR de Saint-Louis, l’Université de Gabon, CEFOREP. De plus, les projets qui ont des axes communs pourront être combinés pour une meilleure mutualisation des ressources.

P0001/2017 du Dr Jean Baptiste Niokhor Diouf « Etude des déterminants de l’utilisation des services du programme élargie de vaccination en milieu suburbain dakarois : exemple du district sanitaire de Guédiawaye » et P00014/2017 du Pr Ndèye Coumba Kane Touré « Evaluation de la réponse vaccinale contre l’hépatite B chez les enfants au Sénégal » financement alloué à hauteur de 20 000 000 FCFA. 

P0002/2017 du Pr Makhtar Camara « Recherche du portage génital du streptocoque du groupe B chez les femmes enceintes et étude de sensibilité des souches aux antibiotiques » et P0007/2017 du Dr Aida Sadikh Badiane « Diversité du microbiome de la femme au cours de la grossesse et celle du nouveau-né; leurs implications sur la santé mère-enfant » financement alloué à hauteur de 20 000 000 FCFA.

P00015/2017 du Dr Khady Kébé Fall « Evaluation virologique chez les enfants et adolescents infectés par le VIH-1 sous deuxième ligne de traitement antirétroviral au Sénégal » financement alloué à hauteur de 10 000 000 FCFA.

 

P00017/2017 du Pr Fatimata  Ly « Essai randomisé comparant l’efficacité de l’ivermectine et  du benzoate de benzyle pour le traitement de la gale en milieu scolaire (cas des écoles coraniques de la région de Dakar) » financement alloué à hauteur de 15 000 000 FCFA.

 

P00018/2017 du Dr Mouhamadou Mansour Niang « Introduction du ballonnet intra-utérin pour le traitement de l’hémorragie du post-partum immédiat par atonie utérine au Sénégal » financement alloué à hauteur de 15 000 000 FCFA.

 

Soit un total de 145 000 000 FCFA. Pour ce dépassement constaté, le Comité Scientifique voudrait des fonds supplémentaires pour résorber le déficit. 2.     PROJETS RETENUS POUR CEA-SAMEF

P0004/2017 du Dr Ndèye Marème Sougou « Prise en charge des problèmes de santé des enfants de 0 à 5 ans en milieu nomade peul: Perception des problèmes de santé, définition des itinéraires thérapeutiques et utilisation des services de santé : Exemple de la malnutrition »  financement alloué à hauteur de 3 856 400 FCFA.

 

P0008/2017 du Dr Aissatou Seck  « Modifications moléculaires et cellulaires, profil nutritionnel au cours du diabète gestationnel, de la macrosomie et du syndrome métabolique » financement alloué à hauteur de 1 822 327 FCFA .

 

P0010/2017 du Pr Adam Marie Awa Seck Diallo « Prise en charge des patients sénégalais atteints de parodontite agressive généralisée » financement alloué à hauteur de 7 000 000 FCFA.

Soit un total de 12 678 727 FCFA.

 

Quant au P0006/2017 du Dr Oumar Bassoum « Evaluation de la couverture vaccinale à la naissance et ses déterminants au Sénégal » l’achat des billets d’avion à supporter par les bourses de mobilité des Enseignants-Chercheurs, financement alloué à hauteur de 3 300 000 FCFA.

P00016/2017 du Dr Ahmed Soilihit Soumaihat  « Etude comparative de la mortalité maternelle par césarienne à Dakar Sénégal et aux Comores en 2017 » n’ont pas été retenus. montant 4 000 000 F CFA.

P0003/2017 du Pr Adama Faye « Analyse des coûts d’accès à la contraception pour une utilisatrice au Sénégal » montant 25 102 110 CFA.
